Gourmet visit

full of sweetness

Located between Bricquebec and Barneville-Carteret, in Sortosville-en-Beaumont, the Maison du Biscuit is owned by the Burnouf family, which has been perpetuating the tradition since 1903.

Now housed in a 600m² shop that looks like a small pre-war village, the Maison du Biscuit offers you a wide choice of delicacies: Genoa breads, Isigny caramel chips, mini-biscuits coconut rocks, shortbread diamonds, raisin cakes, ladies’ fingers …

The stars of the Maison du Biscuit are without a doubt the little financial ovens … delicious biscuits golden and melting, with almonds, butter, honey and applesauce, made according to the family recipe that made the success of this house since 1903.

After shopping at the boutique, make yourself comfortable in the tea room with its old-fashioned air to enjoy a coffee, tea or homemade chocolate, of course accompanied by small biscuits.
